The weather in Portland has finally started warming up so we've been able to do more than just sit inside and watch the rain, yay!
On Easter weekend, we took the kids to a local Easter Egg hunt. The sponsors and the volunteers were great. The parents of the other kids? Not so great. Ryan waited patiently for over an hour for the 2 year old and under egg hunt (they announced over the intercom repeatedly that parents were not allowed to help). When they finally yelled, "Go!" swarms of parents ran to the center and the eggs were literally gone within 10 seconds (not an exaggeration).
Xander's age group was up next. Before the announcer could even announce "Go" parents and children ran into the middle. It was a nightmare, but I shoved Xander in and he was able to get about 10 eggs.
After Xander's egg hunt was over, we took some of his eggs out and threw them around the grass for Ryan to hunt for.
Xander, excited about coloring Easter eggs (Ryan's contribution was those 3 white eggs up front...all cracked):
Egg hunting on Easter morning. Score: Xander (0), Ryan (18)
I took pictures of them in the bath for the sole purpose of using them later in life to blackmail them:
No such thing as a picture where they are both smiling and looking at the camera. I take what I can get:
Must have been an exciting moment in the video game:
We have been trying to go on family bike rides lately. As you can see, both babies love their helmets:
I tried and tried to get them to sit in the bike carrier so I could get a picture. They could not get out of this thing fast enough whenever the bike stopped, so this was the best I could do:
Love this community service project with me.

I've come across a community service project and I'm kind of excited for
it...which means that I want you to be kind of excited for it too! Stay
