Disneyland & a Birthday

GGG treated us with a trip to the happiest place on earth - Disneyland! I must say that being an adult (if you can call me that) in Disneyland is a lot less exciting than being a kid, but I'm starting to think that's the story of life.

Some of the longest lines in DL are the lines to take pictures with the characters. Here we are with Mickey:

Xander driving a Toon Town car (it was nearly impossible to pry him out of this):

Ryan, doing what she does best:

Strong man Xan:

Yes, he's eating popcorn off the dirty, disgusting, Disneyland sidewalk. I figured I'd save the $15 it would have cost me to get him a Disneyland corndog for dinner:

Tyler and Ryan at the condo pool:

A family portrait where everyone is looking at the camera and smiling? Never.

After we got back from a week in Southern California, Tyler had to work out of town so I stayed with my parents for a week to eat their food and drive my dad crazy.

We celebrated Xander's 3rd birthday:

Xander tried and tried to blow out the candles. I'm sure it's stressful when a bunch of adults are staring at you. After 50+ blows and a quarter cup of spit on the cake, we had Katie help the little guy out:

Xan opening presents with GG. He now owns an additional 5 monster trucks and a Disney's Cars matching game. We're prepping him to be a redneck:

Thanks for the vacation, GGG. We had a blast!
